Baked Garlic Potato Wedges
INGREDIENTS
3 large potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Garlic powder or fresh finely chopped garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp salt
A fat pinch of pepper
PROCEDURE
Wash the potatoes and slice into wedges.
In a small bowl whisk together the oil, garlic powder (or finely chopped garlic), oregano, chili flakes, salt and pepper with a fork.
Place the potato slices in a large bowl and pour the oil mixture over it to dress.
Toss the potatoes in the bowl for dressing to coat evenly.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Arrange the potatoes on your baking tray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Enjoy with your favorite sauce or dip.
